We are an all natural gourmet sauce company and we are ardent that we DO NOT use MSG, artificial additives, or artificial colorings.  Dressings are a wonderful addition to any salad but they can be used to enhance and excite any main course.  Our Hurricane Bay marinade DOES contain soy sauce and OUR worcestershire sauce (WHICH DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN, BUT DOES INCLUDE ANCHOVIES). Our Worcestershire sauce contains: molasses, vinegar, tamarind, water, mustard, anchovies & spices….AGAIN IT DOES NOT CONTAIN SOY, WHEAT OR GLUTEN.

We have over 100 items that let you live GLUTEN FREE including all of our dressings, fresh salsas, hot sauces, and key lime honey so live it up and dress up your meals with many of our products.  Some of our items have “modified corn starch”.  This means it has been altered and we can now thicken items WITHOUT cooking.  It is the corn starch you buy in the stores for your own cooking but the manufacturer has now made it possible to mix it into items and it becomes clear without adding heat.
